By cooperating with the largest shippers, the company focuses on the consumer and their preferences. The consumer expects the parcel to be delivered on time, in perfect condition and in a convenient process. Hence the Predict service and its development in the form of the Moja Paczka application, used for independent management of delivery. DPD Polska was the first courier company on the Polish market to introduce in 2016 the possibility of paying for a cash on delivery with a card to the courier. Another example of a flexible approach to the requirements of the recipient and the needs of smaller companies is the network of over 28,000 DPD Pickup and DPD Pickup City Branches, where you can conveniently send, collect or return an order.

In 2018, DPD Polska introduced two new services for businesses - DPD Today, which guarantees delivery of the parcel on the day of shipment in the largest cities, and Night Deliveries, which make it easier for brick-and-mortar stores of large chains to prepare for daily sales. In 2019, the company intensively developed its city logistics in the interests of the comfort of customers and city residents. It expanded the network of DPD Pickup points of City Branches, where bicycle deliveries (including cargo bikes), scooters and on foot are carried out. In 2020, as a result of the coronavirus pandemic and the related increased need for safety during shipments and collections, the company significantly simplified its procedures. Parcels are delivered with the recipient's consent "to the door" or, in the case of "hand-delivered" parcels, using a one-time PIN code. In 2021, DPD Polska developed the DPD Food service.
